We take great care and pride in delivering a quality product and making certain our customers are satisfied.  Please email us at support@popoats.com if your online order is damaged in any way, or if you’re not satisfied with the quality of product you receive. Third-party retailers have their own refund/return policy for products they sell, though please let us know if the quality of product purchased at a third-party retailer is compromised and we’ll make it right.

Please note that we do not issue refunds based on personal taste preference – our variety boxes are a great, affordable place to start if you’re new to Pop Oats and want to find what you love most. Snack awesomely!
